Welcome to The Crayon Kingdom, operated by Dustin L. Carlton. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of TheCrayonKingdom.com, including the shop, physical merchandise, class information, email signups, and other services offered through the website.

Live drawing classes may be offered through third-party platforms such as Outschool and are also subject to that platform’s own terms and policies.

By using this website or making a purchase through The Crayon Kingdom, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Who This Site Is For

The Crayon Kingdom website is intended primarily for adults, including parents, guardians, educators, and other customers interested in drawing classes, artwork, and Crayon Kingdom products.

Purchases, account creation, email signups, and contact-form submissions should be completed by an adult.

2. Live Drawing Classes

Mr. Dustin’s regular live online drawing classes are offered through Outschool.

Enrollment, payments, cancellations, refunds, learner accounts, class recordings, and participation in those classes are handled through Outschool and are subject to Outschool’s own terms, policies, and procedures.

The Crayon Kingdom may provide information and links to these classes, but purchases made through Outschool are transactions with the Outschool platform rather than purchases made through TheCrayonKingdom.com.

The Crayon Kingdom also offers a free Saturday drawing class for families who choose to join the Saturday email list. Availability, scheduling, and class details may change from time to time.

3. Merchandise & Orders

The Crayon Kingdom sells physical merchandise through TheCrayonKingdom.com.

When you place an order, you are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Orders may be produced, fulfilled, or shipped by third-party service providers working on behalf of The Crayon Kingdom.

Product colors, placement, sizing, and appearance may vary slightly from photographs or mockups shown on the website.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, destination, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

If there is a problem with your order, contact Support@TheCrayonKingdom.com and include your order information so we can help.

4. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Orders

Because Crayon Kingdom merchandise is made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size or color
  • Changing your mind after purchase
  • Minor variations in print placement, color, or appearance that are normal for print-on-demand production

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, contact Support@TheCrayonKingdom.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the problem.

If the issue qualifies, we may arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds and replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis and may depend on the policies of our fulfillment provider.

For delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, replacement or refund options may be limited.

5. Website Use & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the artwork, illustrations, photographs, written content, logos, branding, and other original materials on TheCrayonKingdom.com are owned by or licensed to The Crayon Kingdom and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
